Backorders
Backorders are estimated to take 7-21 business days to fill unless stated elsewhere. Purchasing means you agree with these estimated timeframes. Please manage your expectations when it comes to estimated timeframes.
You’ll pay for the item in full when you place your order on the website.
If we can’t fulfil the product in the timeframe stated on the product page at the time of your purchase, we will contact you via email as soon as we become aware of the delay. Our new estimated timeframe will be provided. You will have the option of:

asking for a full refund of what you paid (including shipping costs).
If one order includes a combination of in-stock and pre-order/back-order items.
In-stock items and backordered items will ship together once everything is in stock.
Cancelling Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, your refund will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee. If you order was paid by Zip or Laybuy there is a 6% cancellation fee.
Manufacturer Warranty
Kiwi3D will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by e-mail. Kiwi3D may direct you to download and install particular software updates.
If your problem cannot be resolved over e-mail, phone or through the application of software updates, Kiwi3D will arrange for accessory replacement if the problem falls under this Limited Warranty.
1 year warranty covers the following
motherboard / hot bed board / display / BL touch / power supply.
Note: Hot Bed Stickers / nozzles and other consumables are not covered by the warranty.
Before returning the product we need video or photographic proof of the fault or defect.
Log Files

Force Majeure

Waiver

No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
